Thanuja is a contemporary media personality with a strong background and footprint in the Sri Lankan media industry. Her career began in 1998 as a freelance presenter. She subsequently rose to prominent roles at the MTV/MBC Network, culminating in her appointment to the MBC Board of Directors, and as Channel Head of Y FM in 2017. Her stellar performance had been recognized on numerous occasions with various awards and accolades. She continues to serve as a freelance TV artist onboard eminent media institutions in Sri Lanka.
