Manager – Communications

Kasun Sankalpa is the Manager of Communications at Factum, where he leads the organisation’s communication strategy across both online and offline platforms. He brings nearly a decade of experience in content development, strategic communications, and designing and executing social media campaigns aimed at creating positive social change. He is a graduate of the University of Colombo with a degree in International Relations, where he was awarded the M.G.A. Cooray Award for the Best Dissertation from the Department of International Relations. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Strategic Studies and International Relations at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, as well as an LLB at the Open University of Sri Lanka.
