Dharshika graduated with a BA (Hon) in Psychology, specializing in developmental and gender psychology. She is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in psychosocial support and gender advocacy, having previously served as a Program Coordinator for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) where she led mental health initiatives in post-disaster settings. Skilled in research, stakeholder engagement, and SPSS data analysis, she has also collaborated on community projects with the UNDP and the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives. Dharshika is currently a Finance & Administration Coordinator at Factum.
